I have 20 years of experience in staffing and management, specialising in Health & Social Care in Scotland for the last 10 years. I have an SVQ4 (SCQF 10) in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. People are the heart of our business, that’s why we set up Trust-Care to focus on looking after both our service users and our staff. Our staff team are dedicated to supporting people first and foremost. I recently started a vegetable garden so when I’m not working, I’m usually out in the garden being ‘helped’ by the dogs.

I love driving holidays, exploring an area and finding hidden gems.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Either a tiger or a train driver, specifically an Intercity 125 (no specific tiger type though).

What would you do with a big lottery win?
I’d love to run a NFP Care Home. I miss horse riding so a stable too?
